The Chanaa brothers, Jalal and Adam, are 20-year restaurant veterans in Dallas operating 3 successful locations of the Mediterranean mainstay, Ali Baba. Gangway worked with the brothers in creating a new restaurant concept and brand that would fit within new upscale mixed-use developments like their first location, Watters Creek in Allen, Texas.
Our first job was to NAME the concept. We then developed a LOGO that was representative of the brand they wanted to create.
Our next step was to design necessary print collateral, like BUSINESS CARDS.
Then we moved on to MENUS.
And their WEBSITE.

Once they opened the doors, the work didn’t stop. We then started to develop their social media presence by creating a Fan Page on Facebook and a Twitter profile.
