This charming champagne bar with a delightful French flair is nestled in The Shops at Highland Park. Enjoy a leisurely Sunday service from Noon to 4:00 pm and savor the taste of France in the heart of Highland Park.

Menu highlights include starters such as a Fizzy Fruit Bowl, which is an assortment of interesting carbonated & champagne fruitsand Waffle Cut Truffle Parmesan Fries. Entrees include standouts such as the Crab Croquettes served with remoulade and topped with micro herbs, Breakfast Pie Gratin made with bacon, house cheese blend, and topped with a chimichurri, anda mouth-watering Bananas Foster French Toast.

Specialty cocktail offerings include peach, pear, pamplemousse, or raspberry Bellinis by the glassor try a flight - your choice of 3 of the cordials, or sip the Sunday Scaries made with Tito’s Vodka, strawberry, basil, lemon, and bubbles. Two zero-proof cocktails are also on the menu, including one similar to a white wine spritzer and one similar to an Aperol spritz. The real bargain is 50% off all bottles priced at $150 and under.

Coupes offers over a dozen champagnes and sparkling wines by the glass and 50 labels by the bottle designed for everyday celebrations and conversation. Channeling the sophisticated nature of France, the à la mode setting establishes Coupes as an elegant, French-inspired space with a Texas accent.
