Oddfellows new wine program will make Monday your new weekly FUNday

Oddfellows Wine Specialist Emily Mitchell has curated a new list of progressive wines. These (primarily) natural wines are wild, sometimes juicy, and offer surprising experiences. The focus for Oddfellows is on lower-intervention winemaking: techniques mostly involving wild fermentation, no pesticides/additives, and the lightest of filtration.

To celebrate and educate, Oddfellows is creating a Wine Night program every Monday starting August 7. The program launches with three "perfect pairings" of rose and orange wines that complement snacks from the menu (the snacks are specific hors d'oeuvres-style bites that pair well with the selected wines). Guests can enjoy live music and a shared evening of wine flights and snacks (for 2) for $45.

The wines offered at Oddfellows now represent a unique moment in time and cannot be replicated precisely; customers are encouraged to enjoy the fleeting experiences amongst friends.

Oddfellows is located at 316 W 7th Street, Dallas, Texas 75208, 214.944.5958
